When Jeffrey Franken's fiancée (Patty Mullen, Penthouse Magazine's 1988 'Pet of the Year') is chopped to pieces by the blades of a remote-controlled lawnmower, he uses his dubious medical knowledge to try to bring her back to life. Using his home-made explosive 'Super Crack' to entice beautiful New York City prostitutes, Jeffrey resurrects his beloved Elizabeth using their assorted body parts.
