This Book is about the basic techniques and media involved in purification of bio-plastic producing bacteria. Colonial and Cellular morphology was studied under Microscope. PHA was characterized by Sudan black and Nile blue A stains. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR)was performed for the confirmation of PHA. Different modified methods were used for the production and extraction of bio-plastic.
